Talent management makes managing competences and planning and conducting personal development interviews easier than ever. Gather valuable feedback and work with clear personal development processes that bundle all interviews and appointments per employee per year.
No more stress about scheduling calls; tasks are created automatically at preset times during the year. This way, you are always on time with interview planning and maintain your grip on your employees' personal development.
It is also possible to work with the HR3P matrix or the 9-GRID matrix in appraisal interviews. In the HRM settings, you specify which model you want to use. Select the model that best fits your HR vision and make every appraisal interview a valuable moment. To support all this, a BI dashboard for Talent management is available.
You can now easily define a work location pattern per employee. In the work location pattern, you record a main location and a main vehicle. The combinations in the pattern provide different travel distances. You decide whether to enter the travel distances manually or have Google automatically calculate them for you. The pattern works in conjunction with the employee's schedule so travel expenses are only reimbursed on working days. Employees easily submit pattern deviations through the new Pocket Calendar.
The pattern (and deviations) filter through into the travel costs on the payslip!
Nice optimisations have been implemented to the onboarding functionality:
A common preference was to start the Onboarding workflow directly from the application. This is now possible if the Onboarding from application field is selected in the application status properties.
In addition, fewer fields now require values to be entered when sending onboarding submissions. The Trial period, Wage scale, Step and Organisational unit fields are no longer required when creating from Profit 6.
Applicants and applications can now be given a status. Previously, you could only give the applicant a status, but, as from Profit 6, an applicant can now also apply multiple times regarding (different) vacancies, it is now possible to manage each application status separately.
Adjust the status manually in the application or have it entered automatically through Assign value from workflows submitted to the Applicant + Application destination. Moreover, for free file item types, you can now also change the statuses of the applicant and application through Assign value.
A common preference was to make it possible for applicants to apply multiple times for the same vacancy. Good news! From Profit 6 onwards, this is now possible.
The new Repeat application HRM setting allows you to select from three options:
So, whether you like a streamlined application process or just a second (or third) opportunity, Profit 6 has something for everyone.
Some great optimisations have been implemented within the vacancy:
With Payroll Cloud, customers of accountancy and administration firms can record HR and Payroll changes themselves. Several functions have been optimised or newly added for Payroll Cloud:
From now on, an employee can request an employer's statement in InSite and AFAS Pocket through a standard workflow. This workflow automatically takes into account any Letter of intent to continue employment, multiple employments and you can also record additional facilities.
From now on, the Basic CLA and Profit CLAs include standard payroll configurations for determining income for the "NHG" employer's Dutch National Mortgage Guarantee statement. A number of list terms to be personally defined allow you to add or subtract wage components yourself.
If an accountant/auditor asked for the statutory and social contributions, you had to look them up individually in Profit. We have added a new report to cover this. With the Payroll - employer master card (Profit), you can see the statutory contributions with the corresponding percentages in one report.
In the SEPA file (XML), the address data is no longer given in a maximum of 2 lines from now on, but are broken down into Street name (StrtNm), House number possibly with addition (BldNb), Postcode (PstCd), City (TwnNm) and Country (Ctry). In this way, address data is provided in a structured manner.
We made this change in preparation for the new SEPA XML (version 2019) that will be required from 22 November 2025. From that date, address details must be provided in a structured manner when a SEPA payment is made.
New Employment contracts dataset (incl. authorisation)
This dataset allows you to retrieve current and historical employments. The dataset is suitable for GetConnectors, reports and analytics.
Wage scales from other CLA
If you use wage scales for the employee's salary, it is now also possible to select a wage scale from another CLA. For this, you have the new Wage scale field available for all CLAs in the wage scale properties.
