Talent management

Talent management makes managing competences and planning and conducting personal development interviews easier than ever. Gather valuable feedback and work with clear personal development processes that bundle all interviews and appointments per employee per year.

No more stress about scheduling calls; tasks are created automatically at preset times during the year. This way, you are always on time with interview planning and maintain your grip on your employees' personal development.

It is also possible to work with the HR3P matrix or the 9-GRID matrix in appraisal interviews. In the HRM settings, you specify which model you want to use. Select the model that best fits your HR vision and make every appraisal interview a valuable moment. To support all this, a BI dashboard for Talent management is available.

Define work location per employee

You can now easily define a work location pattern per employee. In the work location pattern, you record a main location and a main vehicle. The combinations in the pattern provide different travel distances. You decide whether to enter the travel distances manually or have Google automatically calculate them for you. The pattern works in conjunction with the employee's schedule so travel expenses are only reimbursed on working days. Employees easily submit pattern deviations through the new Pocket Calendar.

The pattern (and deviations) filter through into the travel costs on the payslip!

Onboarding

Nice optimisations have been implemented to the onboarding functionality:

  • Start onboarding

A common preference was to start the Onboarding workflow directly from the application. This is now possible if the Onboarding from application field is selected in the application status properties.

In addition, fewer fields now require values to be entered when sending onboarding submissions. The Trial period, Wage scale, Step and Organisational unit fields are no longer required when creating from Profit 6.

  • Position allocation
When customising the Onboarding workflow, you can now add a position allocation on an assessment step.

  • Free file items script
Through the script for additional data and additional data from job, you can now also request free file items such as documents you have set up yourself.

  • Data submitted on OutSite
On OutSite, the Delivered data overview template has been added. Here you will find all file items submitted with an onboarding workflow as a trigger.  The file items that originate from the Rotation task (-145) file item type are not shown here.
  • Registrations
Additional registrations were added to the Registration (-167) file item type. In addition, the subject of the created file item has been optimised so that it is clearer which registration is involved.

Application status

Applicants and applications can now be given a status. Previously, you could only give the applicant a status, but, as from Profit 6, an applicant can now also apply multiple times regarding (different) vacancies, it is now possible to manage each application status separately.

Adjust the status manually in the application or have it entered automatically through Assign value from workflows submitted to the Applicant + Application destination. Moreover, for free file item types, you can now also change the statuses of the applicant and application through Assign value.

Applying multiple times for the same vacancy

A common preference was to make it possible for applicants to apply multiple times for the same vacancy. Good news! From Profit 6 onwards, this is now possible.

The new Repeat application HRM setting allows you to select from three options:

  • Allow multiple applications.
  • Do not allow multiple applications.
  • Configure per vacancy.

So, whether you like a streamlined application process or just a second (or third) opportunity, Profit 6 has something for everyone.

Vacancy optimisations

Some great optimisations have been implemented within the vacancy:

  • Changing a vacancy is now done through the workflow so changes can be assessed first.
  • You can now link a specific location to the vacancy, which allows you to display the correct address and location description. This is useful if you have multiple locations within an employer. This location is also passed onto Google Jobs.
  • It is possible to link a wage scale to the vacancy. This automatically updates the salary indication when the wage scale is increased.
  • You can record additional job characteristics about the scope of the job. These fields are visible to the applicant on OutSite. This refers to the Contract type, Hours per week and FTE fields. In addition, the vacancy can also be closed automatically once this number of FTEs is reached.
  • For each vacancy, you can now specify between which dates it is available on InSite and on OutSite. For example, you can ensure the job posting is first published internally before it is visible externally - a bit like VIP access for your own employees!

Payroll Cloud

With Payroll Cloud, customers of accountancy and administration firms can record HR and Payroll changes themselves. Several functions have been optimised or newly added for Payroll Cloud:

  • You can fully automate payroll processing for a Payroll Cloud employer. Through one scheduled task, Profit starts all processes of payroll processing.
  • For annual work, you can use the new Annual work (Payroll Cloud) (Profit) report set. You generate one PDF for the annual work with this workflow. You can share this PDF with your client through the new Annual work (Payroll Cloud) (Profit) report set workflow.
  • In OutSite, customers can add and link vehicles to employees.
  • New portal pages are available in OutSite: salary processing, leave and onboarding portal.
  • New file views have been added in OutSite: submitted by me, open and processed.
  • Payroll Cloud users can view the staffing overview of their own department.
  • Payroll Cloud users can add family members including an emergency contact.

Employer's statement

From now on, an employee can request an employer's statement in InSite and AFAS Pocket through a standard workflow. This workflow automatically takes into account any Letter of intent to continue employment, multiple employments and you can also record additional facilities.

From now on, the Basic CLA and Profit CLAs include standard payroll configurations for determining income for the "NHG" employer's Dutch National Mortgage Guarantee statement. A number of list terms to be personally defined allow you to add or subtract wage components yourself.

Statutory and social contribution report

If an accountant/auditor asked for the statutory and social contributions, you had to look them up individually in Profit. We have added a new report to cover this. With the Payroll - employer master card (Profit), you can see the statutory contributions with the corresponding percentages in one report.
